🔄 Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

All accessories, manuals, or freebies (if any) are returned

The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable
If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items purchased with a final sale discount

Gift cards or downloadable products

Personal care items (if opened or used)

Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or negligence
💸 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@snugglesmile.com with the following:

Photo or video of the issue

Brief description of the problem
We’ll replace or refund your order promptly.
